Return Policy

You can return or exchange the product you purchased from Kolimarket.com within seven (7) days from the delivery date, without damaging it, using it or impairing the resalability of the product.
The items you need to send with the products you send for return purposes are listed below.
Before the product is sent for return, we must be informed by calling 0212 659 79 83.
The invoice of the product must be sent to us.
The products to be returned within the specified period must be delivered complete and undamaged, with their box and packaging, standard accessories, if any.
Shipping costs for products returned using the right of withdrawal belong to the customer.
For the return of defective goods, our customers can send the product to them, with a prepaid payment, via the contracted cargo company that delivered the product to them before.
Different return conditions may apply for some products. The return conditions of products that differ from the general return conditions are as follows;
Vacuum Packaged Products: Since it is not possible to resell the products that are packaged by vacuum pressing, if the product is removed from its packaging, these products must be returned without being removed from their packaging. Otherwise, returns will not be accepted.
Order cancellation
When you want to cancel your order for any reason, all you have to do is contact us by phone or e-mail. Your orders will be canceled without having to provide a reason.
In cases where your order cancellation occurs after the product is shipped or delivered to your address by delivery vehicle, shipping costs will be reflected to you. In cancellation transactions, the shipping fee is the invoice amount issued by the relevant cargo company. For returns and exchanges made from your address within Istanbul, the shipping fee is a fixed 90 TL.
When you want to cancel your orders, please send us your information such as order date, order number or your username and product name.
